香港嶺南大學管理學學系從事一系列有關人性化領導成效的研究。通過持續與多個商業機構合作和溝通,學系把研究成果轉化為實用的商業解決方案,協助有關商業機構轉變其管理哲學及實踐理念,並提升競爭力。受惠於研究的公司主要包括零售商、高科技初創企業和製造商,分別受惠於銷售增長及完善機構發展;改善內部架構、溝通和協作,提升知識分享、整合和有助產品創新;以及提高生產效率和改善成本控制。 The Department of Management of Lingnan University has conducted a body of research on the effectiveness of people-oriented leadership practices. Through sustained engagement and communication with a range of companies, the Department has developed practical solutions based on research findings, enabling companies to transform their management philosophy and practices, and achieve greater competitiveness. Key companies which benefited from the Department's research include retailers, which experienced sales growth and improved organisational development; high-technology start-ups which benefited from improved internal structures and communication and co-ordination, as well as knowledge sharing and integration and product innovation; and manufacturers, which experienced improvements in productivity and cost control.
