Description
Calling for deep collaboration across the cities and two special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau in the Greater Bay Area of South China, the Chinese government rolled out the development blueprint for establishing the GBA as a strong regional development hub. Capturing such golden opportunities for development, universities in Hong Kong have engaged in inter-university collaboration. This presentation highlights different development projects led by universities in Hong Kong with support from institutions in the GBA. This paper will discuss the policy implications for deep collaboration in the GBA for future development of the country.为促进粤港澳大湾区的高校开展深度教育合作，中国官方发布规划，力图将大湾区打造为区域高等教育合作发展高地。香港高校已然抓住这一历史机遇，正在积极开展校际合作项目。本演讲将重点介绍香港高校在大湾区相关机构的支持下启动的各种高等教育合作发展项目，并将讨论中国官方政策对深化大湾区高校合作、促进中国未来发展的意义。
