When you walk on the rocky or muddy beaches in Hong Kong you may notice, or even step on, hundreds of marine snails. Although they appear lying ‘dead’ when we see them, they have secret lives which we don’t see; feeding; mating and surviving Hong Kong’s baking hot summers. In this interactive seminar we shall explore the snails’ secrets lives to appreciate how they survive and why they are so successful and abundant on Hong Kong’s seashores.
