Description

Reshaping the value of higher education requires rethinking the relationship between universities and society. In a dynamic and volatile world, how can we increase the social involvement and ethical engagement of universities? How should universities coordinate with other actors (such as governments, enterprises, international organizations, communities, etc.) to better assume social responsibility and promote education equity? How can universities provide rich and diverse opportunities for lifelong learning and contribute to the construction of a learning society? How can universities play an active role in international communities, address major issues affecting human development and create a sustainable future for all of humanity?
