As economic keeps growing, various issues have risen to awareness in recent years, impacting global and human development. It is an emergency to deal with the universal problems concerning global warming, environmental degradation, and the excessive consumption of non-renewable resources. It requires that enterprises should consider the environmental and social implications while devoting to the economic benefits. In other words, it indicates a transition from profit-oriented to sustainable development. The ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) information disclosure concept has been proposed. This notion focuses on non-financial information aspects. For example, it includes investment and performance decisions considering environmental, social and corporate governance.
