Biography

Fang C. Hu joined the Department of Economics at Lingnan University in 2021.  His research focuses on the intersection between corporate finance, supply chains, and macroeconomics.  He received his M.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto, and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of British Columbia.  Currently, he studies the investment behavior of U.S. multinational firms.  He also studies how trade shocks can impact firm borrowing costs from a supply-chain perspective.
