Biography

He is a dual doctoral student co-supervised by Lingnan University (LU) and National Chengchi University (NCCU). His first doctoral major is Doctor of Policy Studies (DPS) at LU, and his Ph.D. specialization is in educational policy and administration at NCCU. He is also an adjunct researcher at the Centre for Australian Studies at China University of Mining and Technology, China. Before his doctoral degree study, he worked at two Confucius Institutes in Australia and he graduated from the University of Melbourne with Master degree in Development Studies.

Research interests

His research interests are comparative higher education in IBCs and TNE, higher educational and cultural exchanges between rival societies, and neo-institutionalism in policy studies. He is also interested in policy studies in aged care and non-pharmaceutical interventions for the elderly 's quality of life.
