Biography
Jan Erron (he/him/siya) is an early career researcher from the Philippines. He is currently interested in exploring access of migrant Filipino domestic workers to essential mental health support in a transnational context using a multi-scalar feminist sociological approach. He holds a master’s degree in Women and Development from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila. At present, Erron is a PhD candidate in Sociology and Social Policy at Lingnan University, Hong Kong SAR. He is a recipient of the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme and the Belt and Road Scholarship.
