Biography
Kin-Ling Tang received a PhD in Cultural Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a MA in Translation and Interpretation from City University of Hong Kong and a Masters’ Degree from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, France. Previously, she was a Lecturer at The Education University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the academia, she has worked for many years as a translator (Chinese, English and French) and bilingual editor (Chinese and English), with industry experience spanning from the mass media, transportation, real estate advisory to the government. She is fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), English and French, and has some knowledge of German.
