Biography
Prof. WONG was the Head and Associate Professor of the Department of Management at Lingnan University. Before he joined Lingnan in 1991, he had worked in the business field for several years. He earned his Ph.D. from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. His research interests include supply chain management, leadership, cooperation and competition, and managing conflict. He has published research articles in international journals including Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources, British Journal of Management, Human Relations, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Conflict Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of General Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior and The Leadership & Organization Development Journal.
