Biography
Dr Toro CHEN received his Doctor of Philosophy in Finance from the City University of Hong Kong. He was also an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (SOA).
Dr Chen delivered many accounting- and finance-related courses at various tertiary educational institutes in Hong Kong and Macau. He has diverse research interests, covering, behavioural finance, corporate finance, ESG reporting, and FinTech. His research was published in premier academic journals, such as Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, and British Accounting Review.
