Biography

Jacky W. Tang is Programme Director of the Master of Science in Marketing and International Business. He has 20 years of experience in marketing, management, teaching and consulting, among which 15 years served in Philips, Renesas Electronics and Towngas. Prior to joining Lingnan University, Dr Tang was Executive Director of Synintel Institute and had consulted to multi-national and start-up companies, such as Hitachi, China Telecom, Baidu, Huawei, Henderson and Mizuho Bank. At academy, he was Dissertation Supervisor for University of Warwick Master of Science degrees and Part-time Lecturer at City University of Hong Kong, including serving as Supervisor for CityU MBA Experiential Learning course. Jacky received his Doctor of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong, and holds a Master of Science in Information Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor in Business Administration from University of Georgia. And, he completed the Executive Education in Innovation and Marketing at Harvard Business School and Executive Education in Strategy at Columbia Business School.
