Biography

Dr. Philip Wong is an expert in traffic engineering and commercial property management. He is the Deputy Director of the Pan Sutong Shanghai-Hong Kong Economic Policy Research Institute and the STEAM Education and Research Centre at Lingnan University, Hong Kong.

Since 2023, Dr. Wong has introduced STEAM education services to kindergartens and elderly homes across the Greater Bay Area. Prior to joining Lingnan University, he provided professional training for the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Transport Department and gained international business experience with the Sime Darby Group.

Dr. Wong holds a PhD and is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM). He is also a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow of The Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (FCIHT).

Transport planning & policy, Transport economics, Regional development, Energy transition & economics.
