Description

This pilot project is aimed to study how work and employment of the new generation of working class is increasingly organized by digitalized technology and how the process of digitalization affects the subjective work experiences of the young workers. This project is planned to compare the work experiences among the young workers in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shanghai. This project funding is sought to support the development of the Center of Cultural Research and Development as well as the Institute of Policy Studies at Lingnan University.
