Abstract
在开发传统的电力业扩报装系统的基础上,运用面向对象的分析方法,采用插件式的开发方式,实现了管理信息系统(MIS)与地理信息系统(GIS)的结合,使GIS为传统MIS提供了强大的空间数据支持,提出了业扩报装空间辅助决策支持系统的设计思想和实现方式。系统采用Oracle SpatiaI作为后台数据库,运用大系统控制论建立了电力综合数据库、方法库、模型库和知识库协同系统,实现了协同工作模式下的业务流灵活配置和流程执行的实时跟踪,将模型库及其管理系统引入GIS,在改进的迪杰斯特拉算法和A*启发式算法的基础上,结合决策树分类算法实现了最优报装解决方案的自动生成。此外,还阐述了系统实现时的关键技术,如空间数据与属性数据的关联等,具有一定的理论意义和广阔的应用前景。
Based on the development of the traditional power business expanding system, this paper combines the MIS (management information system) and GIS (geographical information system) by employing an object-oriented analyzing method and plug-in models. In this way, the GIS gives great spatial data support to the MIS. The design and implementation of a spatial assistant decision support system for expanding power business are proposed. A cooperative system is built by adopting large system cybernetics. The database is divided into the power synthesis database, the method database, the model database and the knowledge database supported by Oracle Spatial. The system can be implemented with flexible workflow scheming and workflow real-time tracking, and model database and its management system are introduced into the GIS while offering automatic optimum solution based on the combination of the decision tree, improved Dijkstra and A* algorithms. In addition, it is also pointed out that the key technologies such as the association of spatial and attribute data etc. are of academic significance and have broad application prospects.
