中国语言服务行业应用人工智能辅助机器翻译工具的现状调研

近年来，人工智能辅助机器翻译工具在语言服务行业逐步推广应用。然而，在讨论人工智能辅助机器翻译工具的应用现状和前景时，时有“取代人类译者”和“翻译行业消亡”之类的说法。但在机器翻译的质量风险、客户数据安全和应用伦理等核心议题上，仍缺乏基于数据的系统研究和学理探讨。为全面考察相关现状，笔者通过问卷和抽样访谈，分析了人工智能辅助机器翻译工具在语言服务行业中的应用现状并探讨了其应用中存在的问题。

The increasing adoption of AI-assisted machine translation (AI-MT) tools in the language services industry has sparked intense debates regarding their developmental trajectory. However, current discussions have been dominated by speculative claims such as the "human translators will be replaced" and "there will be the demise of the translation industry", while critical issues, including translation quality risks, client data security, and machine ethics, remain underexplored through data-driven research. To survey on the current status of using AI-MT tools in the industry, this study empirically investigated China's language services sector through a questionnaire survey. A data-based assessment of the current status of AI- MT tools in the language service industry is provided and relevant issues involved are analysed.
