Asian countries are actively introducing higher education resources from Western countries, establishing transnational higher education institutions and programs, and constantly improving the quality assurance organizations, institutions and systems of transnational higher education. Students in transnational higher education are generally satisfied with their learning experience and believe that the educational results are in line with their expectations. In the new era, the development of transnational higher education in Asian countries can further play the beneficial role of transnational higher education in connecting higher education in Asia and Western countries. To build a transnational higher education guarantee system, Asian countries need effective communication between universities in sending countries and local universities, and design programs in a scientific manner according to local conditions. Asian countries also need to pay attention to students’ learning and learning experiences and cultivate students’ ability to cope with the future world.
