Abstract
在产教融合战略与区域经济高质量发展的双重驱动下,地方高校卓越工程师培养面临产业人才需求与高校育人体系之间的矛盾,具体表现为课程内容滞后、产教协同松散、实践资源匮乏等问题。本研究以“卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0”为指引,依托协同创新理论,在分析人才培养现状与症结的基础上,创新性提出以“课程体系—实践基地—师资队伍”为核心的“三位一体”协同育人模式,并从构建校企产教融合共同体、共建分层分类的实践基地系统、完善产教融合组织与运行机制、推动教师能力与教学方法双创新四个维度,明确了该模式的实施路径。
Driven by the national strategy of industry-education integration and the high-quality development of the regional economy, local universities face structural contradictions between industrial talent demands and their talent cultivation systems in training outstanding engineers. These contradictions manifest as outdated curricula, loose industry-education collaboration, and a lack of practical resources. Guided by the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program 2. 0" and based on collaborative innovation theory, this study analyzes the current situation and key problems in cultivating outstanding engineers in local universities from the perspective of industry-education integration. It innovatively proposes a "trinity" collaborative education model centered on the curriculum system, practice bases, and teaching staff. Furthermore, it elaborates on the implementation paths of this model from four dimensions: constructing a university-enterprise community for industry-education integration, jointly building a hierarchical and categorized practice base system, improving the organization and operation mechanism of industry-education integration, and promoting the dual innovation of teachers' competence and teaching methods.
