Abstract
As a product of the integration of artificial intelligence and mechanical engineering, humanoid bionic robots represent the crystallization of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, advanced manufacturing, and new materials. They are emerging as a major driving force to reshape the global economic and industrial landscape and transform human production and lifestyles. While humanoid bionic robots are advancing toward multi -scenario commercial deployment, the ethical risks that have become increasingly prominent—such as responsibility attribution, privacy security, and emotional dependency—have surpassed the response boundaries of current regulations and technical standards. Based on the “Cyber Identity-Functional Five Dimensions-Advantage Four Categories” conceptual model, this paper employs literature metrics and policy comparison methods to propose a traceable, quantifiable, and transferable governance framework for high-risk humanoid robots from an ethical perspective. The findings hold reference value for relevant policies and industrial practices in China and globally.
