Abstract

网络控制系统(NCS)是将通信网络作为实时控制系统的一部分, 其中的控制系统组件通过通信网络实现数据交换, 以实现对被控制对象的闭环控制. 本文首先针对网络控制系统中存在的时延和丢包, 给出了网络控制系统的一种数学模型; 然后在这个数学模型的基础上, 以双罐系统为被控对象, 利用混杂系统理论中的层次结构模型完成对网络控制系统的建模, 并设计了有限预知控制器. 最后利用TrueTime工具箱模拟网络的环境进行了仿真研究, 仿真结果表明, 考虑网络因素设计的控制器在网络存在时延和丢包的情况下, 与不考虑网络因素设计的控制器相比具有响应速度快、超调量较小、系统震荡幅度较小等优点, 系统具有更好的控制性能。

Networked control system (NCS) regards communication network as a part of real-time control system, where the control system components use the communication network to exchange data, in order to realize the closed-loop control of plant. In this paper, a math model of NCS is given firstly according to NCS with delay and packet dropout; then in the basis of the math model and a plant of two-tank system, NCS is modeled as a hierarchical structure model, and limited lookahead policy(LLP) is designed. Finally, simulation research is carried out through True Time toolbox in the condition of simulated network, and the results show that compared the controllers are designed considering and without considering network factors in the NCS with delay and packet dropout, the former results a quicker response, a smaller overshoot value and system shock amplitude than the latter, therefore, the former has better control performance.
