基于服务推荐的MRO运营管理平台系统构建研究

越来越多的MRO工业品供应商意识到MRO采购与服务信息化的重要性，纷纷开始选择开发运营管理平台系统，因此MRO运营管理平台系统的构建日益得到行业用户的重视。 针对MRO产品经销商的销售与行业特点，通过深入调研现有的几大MRO工业品电商运营模式，结合企业实际现状，与现有ERP系统互补，采用MVC模式为MRO销售企业的线上销售平台开发构建一套基于服务推荐的MRO运营管理平台系统。 平台系统的主要功能模块涉及订单、结算、库存、销售、产品、客户及权限七个方面，在此基础上，将推荐算法融入平台系统的开发当中，使得MRO运营管理平台系统能够依据行为推荐算法向选购不同商品的客户进行相关的MRO工业品的推荐。 实践证明，系统通过完整的设计、实施、测试步骤后，能够满足企业的个性化需求，具有可扩展性与可维护性，能够与客户实现良好的交互，部署到Web服务器即可应用。

More and more suppliers of MRO industrial products are aware of the importance of MRO procurement and service information, and have begun to choose to develop operation management platform system. So the construction of MRO operation management platform system has been paid more and more attention by industry users. According to the sales and industry characteristics of MRO product distributors, through in-depth investigation of several existing e-commerce operation modes of MRO industrial products, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, and complementary with the existing ERP system, the MVC mode is adopted to develop an MRO operation management platform system based on service recommendation for the online sales platform of MRO sales enterprises. The main functional modules of the platform system involve seven aspects: order, settlement, inventory, sales, products, customers and authority. On this basis, the recommendation algorithm is integrated into the development of the platform system, then the MRO operation management platform system can recommend related MRO industrial products to customers who buy different products according to the behavior recommendation algorithm. Practice has proved that the system can meet the individual needs of enterprises after complete design, implementation and testing steps, with scalability and maintainability, can realize good interaction with customers, and can be applied after being deployed to a Web server.
