Abstract

针对用于配合风电场的飞轮矩阵储能系统,提出了一种分层的分布式控制策略。上层控制基于比例一致性算法用于对各个飞轮储能单元进行能量分配,下层依赖飞轮单元的本地控制器对转速进行调节。整个系统不需要中央控制器。每个飞轮储能单元仅利用通信网络交换自身和其邻居单元的信息,就可完成飞轮矩阵系统内部的功率分配任务。理论分析证明了所提出的一致性算法的有效性,仿真实验验证了该算法在飞轮矩阵系统中应用的可行性。

A hierarchical distributed control strategy is proposed for flywheel energy storage matrix system (FESMS) cooperated with wind farm. The ratio consensus algorithm based upper control algorithm is used to perform the energy distribution among flywheel energy storage units and in the lower control hierarchy the local controllers depending on flywheel units adjust the rotating speeds. As for the whole FESMS a central controller is not needed. Only utilizing communication network to implement the information exchange among each flywheel energy storage unit with its adjacent unit the power distribution inside the FESMS can be completed. The effectiveness of the proposed ratio consensus algorithm is validated by graph theory and Lyapunov stability theory, and the feasibility of applying the proposed ratio consensus algorithm in FESMS is validated by simulation results of FESMS with a wind farm.
