Abstract

智慧教學系統因其豐富的教學資源、不受教學時空限制的特徵,引起了極大的關注。文章提出了基於知識圖譜和深度學習的智慧教學服務系統設計。該系統由資料層、資料獲取與處理層、資料分析層、知識圖譜構建與學習層,以及應用層組成。文章重點分析了兩大核心技術,包括領域知識圖譜構建以及基於深度學習技術的知識圖譜擴展。最後,文章介紹了該系統的服務功能,包括開發智慧教材、開發語料庫、自動生成題庫、自動作業批改,以及構建考試系統。所構建的智慧教學服務系統在實現網路教學的智慧化管理與服務方面具有
潛在的價值。

Intelligent tutoring system has attracted great attention due to the rich learning resources and not being restricted by time and space. The article proposes to design an intelligent tutoring system by using knowledge graphs and deep learning. The system consists of layers of data collection and processing, data analysis, knowledge graph construction and learning, and system application. We especially focus on two core technologies, including the construction of domain knowledge graphs and the expansion of knowledge graphs based on deep learning. Finally, we introduce system functions, including the development of intelligent teaching materials, development of educational corpus, automatic generation of test questions, automatic grading of homework, and construction of examination systems. The intelligent tutoring service system based on knowledge graphs and deep learning has potentials for realizing the intelligent management and implementation of networked instruction.
