Abstract
本书将和平的概念扩大到日常生活，视每位投入缔造一个安然社会的人的工作为和平工作，即和平工作的目的不是为了防止战争，而是为了更好的生活。本书选取108名中国内地、香港、台湾在环保、合作权、男女平等、性权、家庭和谐等方面作出突出贡献的妇女，讲述了她们动人的故事，彰显了千千万万名妇女在日常生活中的努力和工作。
