文化研究是当今世界一个无法忽视的学术研究领域，无论是经济全球化带来的流行文化的“全球化”，还是中国城市化建设中出现，种种根源于民族文化背景的问题，都需要我们站在文化的高度上来诠释和探索。全球化与民族化、城市化和乡村文化、外来文化和本土文化，这之间的交融和碰撞及其产生的变异和衍生现象值得我们进行深入探讨和研究。
At the present time, in the world, cultural studies become a trend that cannot be ignored. Whether the ”globalization” of popular culture brought up by economic globalization or the problems in construction of the Chinese urbanization originated from the developed culture, need us, from the high plane of culture, to give annotations and explorations. The mixture and colliding between globalisation and nationalization, urbanization and rural culture, foreign culture and native culture, as well as their variations and derivations, all these are worthy of further study.
