Abstract

随着经济的日益发展,人资管理理论日益完善,越来越多的企业开始关注人力资源并重视其所取得的效果,它们将人力资源的成效视为一个标准来对企业开展管理工作,检验员工的满意度,充分体现员工的心理状态及感受,也对员工的工作效率进行反映。不同的企业有着不同的文化及组织特征,企业所采取的管理措施及理论也各不相同。目前,研究人员对人力资源的成效进行了大量研究,但理论没有与实践形成较好的结合,缺乏针对性。针对人力资源进行研究,明确现阶段大部分企业的人资建设状况,及时找出存在的问题并提出相应的措施。

The development of economy and the perfection of human resource management theories have drawn the attention of enterprises on human resources management and its effect. Enterprises regard the effectiveness of human resources as a standard to push ahead the management work, a means to test employees' satisfaction degree and a reflection of employees' work efficiency. Each enterprise has its own cultural and organizational characteristics, and adopt distinctive management measures and theories. At present, researchers have carried out a lot of researches on the effectiveness of human resources, while the combination of theories and practices is weak and lack of practicality. This paper made clear the current situation of human resources construction in most enterprises, found out existing problems, and put forward corresponding measures.
