Abstract
借用表演(performance)與犬儒(cynicism)這兩個理論概念,結合問卷調查和質性研究,本文嘗試透過分析新高中通識教育科的執行效果,檢視1997年後香港課程發展過程仍然保留的殖民性質,以及當中產生的犬儒文化效果。
This article studies the new secondary school subject in Hong Kong. Liberal Studies, as a case for the anaylsis of the coloniality inherited in the Hong Kong school curriculum development in the post-1997 era. Linking the theoretical concepts of performance and cynicism with data from a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, this article considers the cultural effects of the curriculum implementation of Liberal Studies on cynical subject formation.
