Abstract
筆者數年前曾有論文〈重讀《日出》、《啼笑因緣》和《第一爐香》〉。本文中的部份論點甚至論據引文，有些曾在那篇文章中提及。不過〈重讀〉的主要篇幅是討論張愛玲與五四文學主流及鴛鴦蝴蝶派之複雜關係，涉及張氏意象結構的部份並沒有引起同行們的特別注意。也可能是我自己沒說清楚，始終心有不甘。於是今天再次討論張愛玲的「以實寫虛」逆向意象文字，並試圖與錢鐘書、魯迅的意象文字作一些比較。
