甘肃省传统技艺类非遗项目文旅融合发展路径研究 : 基于生产性保护视角

甘肃省传统技艺类非遗项目的文旅融合发展面临着诸多挑战。这些挑战错综复杂，相互牵制，严重阻碍了非遗项目的传承步伐与发展进程，同时也影响了文化与经济的和谐并进。该研究依据生产性保护理论，经田野调查与产业数据分析发现，甘肃省传统技艺类非遗项目面临产品供需错配、产业链不畅、工业化冲击、知识产权保护不力四大困境。从价值链重构角度出发，提出构建“动态保护—创意转化—场景赋能”三位一体的文旅融合发展模式，打造含产品创新、产业协同、产权保护等要素的系统解决方案，为西部非遗资源富集区文化经济协同发展提供理论借鉴。

Traditional craft intangible cultural heritage projects in Gansu Province are facing many challenges in the process of cultural and tourism integration. These difficulties are complex and interdependent, seriously hindering the inheritance and development process of intangible cultural heritage projects, and also affecting the harmonious progress of culture and economy. Based on the theory of productive protection, this study found through field investigation and industrial data analysis that traditional craft intangible cultural heritage projects in Gansu Province face four major challenges: market adaptation difficulties, poor industrial chain, industrial impact, and inadequate intellectual property protection. From the perspective of value chain reconstruction, a three-in-one integrated development model of culture and tourism is proposed, which includes dynamic protection, creative transformation, and scene empowerment. This model aims to create a systematic solution that incorporates elements such as product innovation, industry collaboration, and property rights protection, providing theoretical reference for the coordinated development of culture and economy in the western intangible cultural heritage resource rich areas.
