Abstract
文章通过数据分析表明，近年来全球PCB行业在智能手机、平板电脑等移动终端产品的驱动下向着以高密度挠性板、刚挠结合板和HDI板等为代表的高端产品方向发展。此类高端PCB产品的市场需求在移动终端产品市场带动下发展迅猛，产值和利润额均十分巨大，因此我国PCB企业应当积极向这些方向发展。
Based on data analysis, this paper shows that the global PCB production has been stimulated by mobile terminal products, such as smart phone and tablet PC, and the trend of PCB development has been towards the high level products, such as high density flexible printed circuit, rigid-flex printed circuit, and HDI PCB. The market requirement for these high level PCB products has led to rapid development of them, with increasing production and large profit. Therefore, domestic PCB manufactories should take action to develop towards these products.
