竹添光鴻《毛詩會箋》於《詩經》釋詞甚有獨到之處。本文取《邶風‧匏有苦葉》「深則厲」、《鄭風‧山有扶蘇》「乃見狂且」、《小雅‧六月》「六月棲棲」、《小雅‧瓠葉》「有兔斯首」、《小雅‧苕之華》「三星在罶」五則為例，分析竹添氏如何釋詞，又如何與中國

Takezoe Koukou in his work Maoshi Huijian shows a lot of insightful explanation of words in the Shijing. Through the discussion of five examples: “shenzeli”, “naijian kuangju”, “liuyue qiqi”, “youtu sishou”, “sanxing zailiu” , the present paper illustrates how Takezoe Koukou interprets the meaning of words and how this is related to the views of the Chinese scholars.
