Abstract

2010年,我国"翻译"本科新专业的第一届学生即将毕业。广东外语外贸大学作为教育部批准的首批试点院校之一,有必要总结"翻译"本科新专业的探索情况,供其它院校借鉴。本文初步总结了"翻译"本科新专业的口译教学理念,包括课程设置、教学方法和教材编写等方面。随着新专业建设中的口译课程体系化,口译系列教材的出版以及口译教学、科研、实践团队的成长壮大,广东外语外贸大学形成了比较成熟的口译教学"广外模式"。

The year of 2010 marks the graduation of the first batch of BA in Translation & Interpreting (BTI). It is a proper time for Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (Guangwai), who initiated the first program of BTI in mainland China, to summarize the trial experience of the program. After reviewing the development of interpreting training in Guangwai, this article elaborates the concept and principles of the “Guangwai Model” of interpreting training and discusses specifically the key issues of course design, teaching methods and training materials.
