Abstract

中国的饮食文化源远流长, 其内容积淀在各类典籍之中。 各式菜谱纷呈, 最能集中反映出不同地域的饮食文化特色。 本文着重分析香港粤菜菜谱独树一帜的用语, 体现出香港中文修辞的特点。

Chinese cooking culture has run along course from a remote source with its content accumulated in various ancient classics. Menus of all kinds that emerged in great quantity best represent the features of the cooking culture in various regions.
The paper lays the stress on the analysis of the unique terms in the menus of Guangdong dishes that embody the characteristics of Hong Kong Chinese rhetoric.
