生成式人工智能与数字技术的广泛应用,正重塑全球高等教育格局。面对算法治理与大数据的冲击,传统教育范式面临严峻挑战。博雅教育 (Liberal Arts Education) 向来以小班教学、全人培养及广泛探究为核心,如何在坚守育人本质的同时重构教学架构,是时代的必答题。作为香港历史最悠久的高等学府,岭南大学正全面推行战略升级,致力于转型为 "数字时代的研究型博雅大学"。本文深入剖析岭南大学在数字时代的转型路径,涵盖四个核心维度:以AI 驱动教学范式革新;重塑AI 无法替代的人类核心素养;构建适应未来的学科生态;坚守以人文为核心的价值伦理。
The widespread application of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and digital technologies is reshaping the global higher education landscape. Faced with the impact of algorithmic governance and big data, the traditional educational paradigm is encountering severe challenges. Liberal arts education, which has always centered on small-class teaching, holistic development, and broad exploration, is confronted with the question of how to reconstruct its teaching framework while adhering to the essence of nurturing individuals. As the oldest higher education institution in Hong Kong, Lingnan University is comprehensively implementing strategic upgrades, aiming to transform itself into a "research-oriented liberal arts university in the digital age". This paper delves into Lingnan University's transformation path in the digital age, covering four core dimensions: AI-driven innovation in teaching paradigms; reshaping human core competencies that AI cannot replace; building a disciplinary ecosystem adapted to the future; and upholding humanistic values and ethics at the core.
