Abstract

软开关变换器是一个复杂的非线性系统,其中存在分岔和混沌等复杂的非线性现象。另一方面,由于谐振电容和电感的存在,使得变换器的非线性动力学行为变得更加复杂。以Buck ZCS PWM变换器为研究对象,详细分析了变换器中的非线性现象,研究了软开关PWM变换器的非线性动力学行为。根据Buck ZCS PWM变换器的工作原理,在PSpice中设计了Buck ZCS PWM变换器的仿真电路。分别以滤波电感,滤波电容和负载电阻为分岔参数,通过电路仿真分析了Buck ZCS PWM变换器在时域和相空间的非线性现象。基于PSpice电路仿真,研究了Buck ZCS PWM变换器复杂的非线性动力学特性,Buck ZCS PWM变换器中元器件参数的变化可能使系统进入倍周期分岔态和混沌状态,从而导致整个电路系统的输出不稳定。

Soft-switching converters are complex nonlinear systems, in which nonlinear phenomena of bifurcation and chaos are displayed. On the other hand, nonlinear dynamics of soft-switching converters become more and more complicated because of the existence of resonant capacitor and inductor. Buck ZCS PWM converter was investigated. Nonlinear phenomena of Buck ZCS PWM converter were analyzed in detail and nonlinear dynamics of soft-switching PWM converters were studied. Based on the principle of Buck ZCS PWM converter, the simulation circuit of Buck ZCS PWM converter was designed in PSpice. Nonlinear phenomena of Buck ZCS PWM converter were analyzed through circuit simulation in the time domain and phase portrait with filter inductor, filter capacitor and load resistor as bifurcation parameters respectively. The complex features of nonlinear dynamics of Buck ZCS PWM converter were studied based on PSpice circuit simulation. The system may move into bifurcation and chaos because of the change of the component parameters in the converter, and then the output of the whole circuit system may become unstable.
