Abstract

In this paper, Considering both positive(preference value is bigger and better) and negative(preference value is smaller and better) factors that affect the risk of software project risk assessment, The coordinate preference risk assessment model of software project based on DEA is established. Conception of risk surface is provided. By introducing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight, improved the method of sorting risk by moving risk surface. In the last section, the numerical example is given to verify feasible and valid of the result. This method is not only applicable for software project risk assessment, but also for other similar problems.
