Abstract
This issue presents a fresh set of studies on public policies in Hong Kong, India, South Korea, Vietnam and Mainland China. It covers important policy areas including poverty alleviation, new media, health care, education and foreign policy making. We believe that many insights arising from this issue are not only theoretically critical but also valuable to informing policy practices in Asia.
