Examines the measures that China has implemented, relaxing its strict listing requirements, to attract unicorn companies to list on its A-share market, comparing measures taken in other countries and the competition among global stock exchanges, noting the high number of Chinese unicorn companies that choose to list on other countries' stock exchanges.
