Abstract

This study focuses on supply chain synergistic empowerment by FinTech and technology finance, tackling two linked issues: global supply chain pain points (insufficient resilience, fragmentation, poor capital flow) and the dilemma of enterprises lacking upgrading funds & banks with inefficient risk control. It aims to optimize supply chain "resilience + efficiency + capital flow" via bank-enterprise collaboration. Following "theory-case-law-countermeasure" logic, it uses three methods: literature research (define concepts, identify gaps), multi-case study (CMB, Sany, SHEIN), cross-case comparison. Key findings: 1. Supply chain pain points stem from "technology-information-mechanism" barriers (uneven digitalization, data silos, no standardized systems); 2. FinTech and technology finance share "AI + big data + blockchain" base, adopt "data as credit core" logic, and form a four-step mechanism (data interoperability, precise adaptation, risk control linkage, full-chain upgrading); 3. Synergy has universality (convergent tech/value) and industry differences (Sany: equipment/capital; SHEIN: supplier payment/consumers; CMB: tailored support). It builds an "enterprise + bank" dual-subject framework, confirming their interdependence as key. Countermeasures: enterprises pursue phased digitalization (start with order management); financial institutions provide scenario-based services; governments build unified data platforms. Fills single-subject gaps, offers paths to boost supply chain stability/efficiency, guides industrial digital transformation.
