It showed that the industry could overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing appropriate approaches. Thus, this chapter aims to review the COVID-19 impacts on the F&B industry and the measures imposed by the Hong Kong SAR Government on the operations of the F&B industry. It also discusses how the F&B industry in Hong Kong responds to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
