Hybrid Regime Transition: Evidence from Hong Kong

Abstract

The hybrid regime was raised from the third wave of democracy. Currently, because of pandemic and economic unrest, some hybrid regimes also showed a trend of transition. This article will examine these transitional factors using Hong Kong as a case.
