| Other | The Centre for Humanities Research of Lingnan University, Hong Kong held the International Conference on “The Translation of Literature and Culture in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China during the Cold War Period” from 6 to 7 March 2015 (Friday to Saturday). In these few years the Centre has been devoting itself to the studies of Hong Kong literature and culture of the 1950s and 1960s and has engaged in the Cold War research on a variety of cultural sectors of Hong Kong. The Centre invited Prof. Shan Te-hsing to give an open lecture earlier this year, entitled “Translation/Politics: The Translation of Literature and Culture in Hong Kong and Taiwan during the Cold War Period”, taking it as a starting point for the Centre’s research project on the Cold War. 嶺南大學人文學科研究中心於2015年3月6日至7日（星期五至星期六）在嶺南大學舉行「冷戰時期中港台文學與文化翻譯」國際學術研討會。研討會旨在探討冷戰背景下的中港台文學與文化翻譯，以及不同文化藝術範疇在冷戰時期的互動。 人文學科研究中心一向致力於研究一九五○、六○年代的香港文學與文化，在這幾年間數度召開學術研討會，在個別藝術的研究中都觸及冷戰之議題。中心於今年三月邀請本校翻譯系兼任人文學特聘教授單德興教授發表公開講座「傳譯／政治：冷戰時期港台的文學與文化翻譯」，並以此為契機，逐步開展冷戰時期的文學與文化翻譯研究。 |
