Abstract

The cellular mobile-phone system i developed for a quarter of century, and most feature are mature, but not the security management. The security problem arises due to the popularity of the mobile-phone, and the advanced technology, because of the disclosure of information. However, the disclosure of information cannot be avoided, so, the information must be encoded before transmission. In order to distinct the encrypted and the original message; the extended-message field in the overhead message can be used as an indicator.
