    Abstract

Shifting Borders collects PK Leung’s poems about Macao written over the past forty years. Macao of 1970s is represented in ‘a deserted bullring,’ ‘the border,’ and ‘sheltering from the rain in a small café on the Praia Grande’ etc. His more recent works --- ‘a night at Hotel Bela Vista,’ ‘Ah Ma Temple,’ and ‘Chinnery portrayed a Macao fisherwoman’ etc. --- are his reflection on Macao history. Shifting Borders concentrates on the poet’s experience of crossing various borders, including geographical, temporal, and the ones of the poet’s imagination. His direct participation in the translation workshop also brought his poems across the border of Chinese and English languages.
    《變化的邊界》收錄梁秉鈞(也斯)過去四十年關於澳門的詩作。本詩集的詩歌集中表現詩人踏過多重邊界的經歷:有地理的邊界,有時間的邊界,也有詩人想像力的邊界。
