Abstract

The most striking thing in light of the geopolitical transformations that the world is witnessing due to the war on Gaza, as well as the development of the situation to the emergence of new war crises extending to reach the Middle East, is a situation that predicts that the situation will become more aggravated with regard to committing crime in its general concept and cybercrime in the specialized concept of criminal action.

Today's conflicts do not only require the use of weapons to repel any attack or to inflict harm on another country, but the matter goes beyond that by using computers and technology with fast-flowing technology to penetrate sensitive programs, important accounts, and development programs for the purpose of targeting.

Cybercrime has become a subject of specialized interest and a center of study to investigate it in regular crime and information crime, so to speak. We will discuss the details of this, in addition to analyzing the international stakes and challenges that make cybercrime a subject of interest and follow-up.
