Abstract
世界大学排名的出现与高等教育的国际化发展密切相关。尽管大学排名可以满足公众、政府和高校的需求,但是要注意世界大学排名对于高等教育发展的潜在不良影响。世界大学排名造成高等教育的非均衡发展,盲目扩大发展规模,忽视高校的历史贡献,一味模仿形成趋同化趋势等。中国高校在发展的过程中要时刻保持理性和客观的态度,合理利用世界大学排名寻找差距,注重学科平衡,超越量化模式,争取开创有中国特色的发展模式。
