Abstract

With reference to the regulatory regimes of the UK, the EU, the US and Singapore, this article discusses the new measures on beneficial ownership in Hong Kong and the related operational challenges faced by different stakeholders, in particular the gatekeepers. This article also examines possible suggestions for a holistic approach to effective implementation of the new measures.
