Abstract
The Chinese version of the Dimensional Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (C-DOCS) is a reliable and valid assessment tool for Chinese OCD patients.
It has good internal consistency, test-retest reliability and convergent and discriminant validity.
It has a robust four-factor model, with evidence of a second-order factor.
It can be applied to Chinese OCD patients in clinical settings.
Future research should work on the dimensionality of OCD.
