Abstract
Pixel based scaling of a watermark image is of paramount importance to make the degree of marking applied variable according to the features of host images. Here, a wavelet domain visible watermarking is proposed. The scaling factors for the pixel based method are adaptively determined by the effect of luminance and local spatial characteristics.
